Rules & Expectations:

You agree to abide by the rules of the festival including any COVID-19 protocols in place at the time of the festival including wearing a mask, if required.

You understand that you are representing the festival and agree to conduct yourself in a responsible and dignified manner at all times.

You agree not to hold the festival or anyone involved with the festival responsible for any injury or illness that happens during the festival event.

Volunteers must be 18 years old or older to volunteer. If you are under the age of 18 a guardian or parent must be present and volunteering at the same station as the under age participant.

You will need to provide picture ID if asked to verified your age.

We will do our best to accommodate your volunteering preferences. To make the festival flow smoothly we will likely need to assign you to some shifts to ensure all the work gets done. Thank you for your support.

You agree to complete all of your assigned shifts including all duties assigned to you by festival staff.

You understand that the tasks you will perform may involve working in high temperatures/direct sunlight, repetitive lifting, moving, or carrying, or periods of time standing or walking.

Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that does not inhibit one to complete their volunteer duties. Please dress appropriately for warm temperatures.

Use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted while on shift.

For your safety close-toed shoes must be worn during all stagehand volunteer shifts.

I understand and agree that submitting this application form does not automatically register me as a Moscow Mountain Music Fest volunteer. By submitting this form, I attest that the information I have provided on the form is true and accurate. I recognize that, as a volunteer I represent Moscow Mountain Music Fest to the public. I accept the responsibility for this status and will conduct myself in a professional manner. If I am accepted as a volunteer, I agree to the following:

To satisfactorily complete all of your assigned shifts including all duties assigned to you by festival staff. And to arrive on time to my scheduled shifts.

Adhere to all festival rules and at NO TIME be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during my shifts.

To be an ambassador of good will for the festival and to treat festival patrons and fellow volunteers with respect and courtesy.

I also agree to indemnify the Moscow Mountain Music Fest and Beep Beep Productions LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers and the Latah County Fairgrounds harmless on account of any such claims. COVID-19 Waiver -- COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent danger and risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people gather, and no precautions, including those protocols implemented at this location, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By volunteering and attending our festival, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness, including without limitations, to exposure to COVID-19, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the festival, and regardless of how it may be caused or contracted. By attending this festival, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks relating to entry into and presence in the venue, including all parking and outside areas, which may include an increased risk of exposure to COVID-19, contraction of COVID-19, personal injury, disability, or other short or long-term health effects, and/or death. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against the owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings. Further, you hereby agree to release and hold harmless Beep Beep Productions LLC dba Moscow Mountain Music Fest, the Town of Moscow, ID, the owners of the Latah County Fairgrounds, organizers, the artists, the venue, all vendors, and each of their respective members, partners, agents, managers, sponsors, employees, representatives, attorneys, affiliated entities, directors, owners, subsidiaries, and contractors (collectively the “Event Organizers”), from any and all claims of any kind, relating to such risks, hazards, dangers, actions, omissions, fault, and/or negligence. At all times, you hereby agree to follow all safety protocols and requirements in place at this location, including executive orders, public health orders, and any other local ordinances and directives, as they pertain to social distancing, wearing an appropriate mask that covers the nose and mouth, and/or other similar measures while attending this festival.

By typing your name in the accompanying form you are agreeing as a volunteer at the festival, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand the foregoing COVID-19 Warning and Waiver of Liability, and that you knowingly and voluntarily agree to the terms stated. (Covid-19 safety protocols above may be modified depending on conditions when festival gates open.)

You also agree that if you fail to meet any of the above requirements it may result in the forfeiture of your festival ticket.
